Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited, and in such cases all accounts and their balances may be confiscated.

Account Security

• Never share your password with any third party.
• Remember to log out after signing in on an unfamiliar device.
• If you lose your password or suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the apk8 support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

apk8 may request necessary documents from you at any time for identity verification, such as a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is completed. This process is conducted for the protection of users.

Deposits

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on apk8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

The following terms apply to withdrawals from apk8:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned through bonuses.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

apk8 takes the utmost precaution in preventing money laundering. If any unusual transaction pattern is detected, apk8 may temporarily suspend the relevant account for investigation and notify the authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Welcome Bonus

New members at apk8 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus). For example, ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• The bonus offer applies once only.
• Claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be fulfilled within a specified time period.
• apk8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program Terms

apk8's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each level — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond.

• Cashback is credited to the account on a weekly basis.
• apk8 reserves the right to modify VIP level benefits.
• VIP points cannot be transferred to another account.

Bonus Abuse Policy

apk8 follows a strict policy against bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Placing bets strategically to avoid or reduce bonus requirements.
• Collecting bonuses in coordination with other users.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to earn bonuses using fake or false information.

If bonus abuse is detected, apk8 may confiscate the relevant bonus and all earnings derived from it.

Fair Play Policy

apk8 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games and outcomes are determined through technically neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any attempt at fraud or manipulation.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an advantage.

Technical Error Policy

In the event of a technical error or system malfunction, apk8 may cancel the relevant game round and refund the wagered amount. Any unusual winnings resulting from an error will be considered void. apk8 reserves the right to make the final decision in such situations.

Sports Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
